School awards various types of scholarship to meritorious students to encourage them. Scholarship criteria and the scholarship modes are as follow:

School awards partial or full scholarship to poor but sharp students, students with disabilities, and those who win laurel for the school at the national or international level.
A student who secures GPA-3.8 and over in the SEE (Secondary Education Examination) is awarded with the "Siddhartha Pratibha Padak " on a special and prestigious occasion.
Siddhartha English Boarding Secondary School was Established in 2036 B.S in Shankar Nagar, Tilottama-4, Rupandehi with the purpose of contributing to the nation by imparting Quality Education to the aspiring students.
